Bayern Munich vs Inter Milan is already a top clash. Even more so considering two of the best strikers in the world will be on the pitch

Bayern Munich vs Inter Milan is already a huge showdown — even more so when you consider that two of the world’s best strikers will be facing off: Harry Kane on one side and Lautaro Martínez on the other. Two goal machines, two true leaders, ready to step up and put on a show.

The Italian newspaper Tuttosport via Fcinter1908.it writes:

“Bayern Munich vs Inter Milan also means Harry Kane vs Lautaro Martínez. The English striker trained regularly with the group yesterday alongside Leon Goretzka, meaning both will be available to Kompany.

However, it’s still likely that the Bavarian forward won’t be at 100% against the Nerazzurri. The same goes for his Argentine counterpart.
Inter Milan’s captain returned to action against Parma after the injury he suffered during the last international break, which caused him to miss games against Udinese in Serie A and Milan in the Coppa Italia. He played just over an hour at the Tardini…

Now, though, the Toro’s goal — while still the same — might carry double the weight. A decisive performance, maybe with a goal in the Champions League at the Allianz Arena, could not only bring Inter Milan closer to qualification, but also help Lautaro win his personal duel with Kane.

In this battle between two of the best forwards in the world — one (the former Tottenham striker) chasing his first team trophy, and the other aiming to score consistently in Europe, lead his team to victory, and earn a ticket to the semifinals…”

So far, Kane has been nearly flawless, with 34 goals in 39 appearances this season, while Lautaro has 18 goals in 40 games.
There’s no doubt he’ll start tomorrow — Lautaro will need to channel all the frustration and anger from those two dropped points in Parma into this game.
