Yesterday, the second edition of the International Excellence Mediterranean Award 2024 took place in Rome, set against the backdrop of Palazzo Valentini. 

This international event, rich in values and content, focuses on themes of sustainability and excellence in the Euro-Mediterranean area, promoting freedom and individual participation.

In this spirit, several notable figures from the worlds of sports, entertainment, and journalism were honoured during the event, including Giuseppe Marotta, President and CEO Sport of Inter Milan, and Hakan Calhanoglu

The two Inter Milan representatives received the award, which aims to contribute to promoting peace, friendship, and culture in the Euro-Mediterranean region, bringing together personalities who excel in fostering societal development through a culture of respect and cooperation among individuals.

The event is organised by the Mediterranean Journalists' Association in collaboration with USSI (Italian Sports Press Union), AIPS Europe (International Sports Press Association), and the Artemisia Foundation (a non-profit organisation at the forefront of combating social issues).
