The January transfer market is approaching, but, even more ominously for many clubs, the natural expiration of many contracts is also drawing near. 

Specifically, those contracts that last until June 2025. The clubs involved are facing a crossroads: sell the players in January, obviously generating only a small income, or lose them for free. Here is a list of highly sought-after players on the market, with contracts expiring in June 2025.
