The first Derby d'Italia of the season ends in a draw at San Siro.

The match saw multiple shifts in momentum, culminating in a disappointing comeback by Juventus after Inter Milan had dominated the second half.

Here are coach Simone Inzaghi's insights following the match:

“We need to show greater determination, but as the coach, I have to say that we deserved to score 7 or 8 goals against a team that had only conceded one up until now.

There are heads hanging low, and I'm the first to feel that way, but we played well despite the disappointment of not getting that fifth goal to seal the match.

After their third goal, the team got a bit nervous, but that's football. It's a significant lesson we’ll take with us.

What was missing? A bit more determination. It’s true that the result affects us, but I saw a team that created numerous scoring opportunities. The players are working hard, and I see excellent attitudes.

It’s frustrating to draw like this when the team deserved more. Neutral spectators might have enjoyed the game. I enjoyed it less, but given what we created, I have some certainties to build on.

Right now, our rotations are limited, and we’re feeling the impact of that in a game we should have won comfortably. Starting tomorrow morning, we will analyse everything and regroup.”
