Hakan Calhanoglu will be back in Appiano Gentile today
The midfielder could not play against Monza in view of the more important matches against Manchester City and Milan
Hakan Calhanoglu, along with five other players, will be back in Appiano Gentile today to resume training with Inter Milan.
The Turkish, has played 66 minutes in between Wales and Iceland, had a little muscle pain at the end of his last league match against Atalanta.
Alarm returned, as it was also seen in the Turkish national.
The same midfielder of Inter Milan has also spoken in recent days from his country both of the candidate for the next Ballon d'Or, and about the offers received this summer from other clubs.
Against Monza will be at the disposal of Simone Inzaghi, who could however preserve it in view of the more prohibitive matches against Manchester City and Milan.
If Hakan Calhanoglu rests in Monza-Inter: Simone Inzaghi has two alternatives
In the case of Calhanoglu’s bench at Brianteo in Monza-Inter Milan, Inzaghi has two options to replace him: either his natural substitute, Kristjan Asllani, or Nicolò Barella as a midfielder with Davide Frattesi as a starter.
This last variant was also tested in the summer during the pre-season.
However, there are still some days of reflection for Simone Inzaghi and the next training sessions will be important.
