Inter Milan, however, have also expressed interest, although Hoffenheim intend to extend his current contract — which expires in June 2026 — by at least three more years, until 2029.

Damar, who can play both as a central midfielder and an attacking midfielder, has scored 7 goals and provided 6 assists in 25 league appearances.

At the moment, the German club is asking for a fee of around €4–5 million (£3,4-4,3 million).
