Some news, related to players, emerge from a Inter Milan's 2023/2024 budget
Yesterday's news, which emerged from Inter Milan's balance sheet to 30 June 2024, took many Nerazzurri fans by surprise.
In addition to the already known contract renewals of Mkhitaryan, Dimarco and Barella (Lautaro's came with the new budget), Inter Milan renewed two other contracts during last season.
Last season, in fact, the contracts of Francesco Acerbi and Matteo Darmian were renewed until 2026, in addition to the already known contracts of Mkhitaryan, Dimarco and Barella.
The Nerazzurri's financial statements read: “During the 2023/2024 financial year, the club renewed the economic contracts of the players Matteo Darmian, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Francesco Acerbi until 30 June 2026, Federico Dimarco until 30 June 2027 and Nicolò Barella until 30 June 2029”.
Some news, related to first-team players, emerges from sifting through Inter Milan's 2023/2024 budget.
This news has unsettled Inter Milan fans, but there are not insignificant detail. Should the Nerazzurri club wish to terminate a year earlier, in June 2025, they could do so by paying a redundancy pay of around €500,000 (£416.000) per player.
