Inter Milan continue to work to give Simone Inzaghi a defensive reinforcement. After Buchanan’s injury in the Copa America, this remains the top priority for the Nerazzurri.
As reported by Sky, the Brazilian Renan is the club’s latest idea: he has a €20 million (£16,8 million) termination clause and is valued at least €20 million (£16,8 million) by Zenit.
The Brazilian is a quick and versatile left-footed defender.
Moreover, at twenty years of age, Renan very much fits the age profile that Inter owners Oaktree Capital are looking for.
But as of yet, the Nerazzurri have not made a formal offer to Zenit.
It is the last of the names evaluated, the other for Sky remains that of Ricardo Rodriguez, who would reach zero after the expiry of the contract with Torino.
